When you submit a quote request, contact form, or payment lookup, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number if provided, business details, and any project information you share.

We do not collect information through the site beyond what you submit in a form, aside from optional analytics described below.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, communicate about your project, and deliver the work you've hired us to do.

We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to responding to you or completing a project you've engaged us for.

Form submissions are stored in an internal Google Sheet used to track leads and projects, and in our email inbox. Access is limited to the team.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Like most small businesses, we rely on a few service providers to operate: Google (spreadsheets and email), our email delivery provider, Stripe (payment processing), and our website hosting provider. Information you submit passes through or is stored by these providers as part of normal operation, under their own privacy and security terms.

When you pay an invoice through this site, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly and securely.

We retain a record that a payment was made (amount, date, reference) for our own bookkeeping, but not your payment card details.

This site only loads analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or Meta Pixel) when we've configured them. If none are configured, no analytics scripts run and no tracking cookies are set.

When analytics are enabled, they help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors drop off. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors personally.

This site does not set marketing or advertising cookies beyond what an enabled analytics tool requires. If analytics are not configured, this site sets no tracking cookies.

If you submit a form, we'll email you about your request. We don't add you to a marketing list, and any email we send relates to your inquiry or an active project.

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as they're useful for serving you and for our own bookkeeping. Records connected to completed payments are kept as long as tax and accounting obligations require. If you ask us to delete your information, we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.

We limit access to your information to our team and use reputable providers with their own security practices. That said, no website or storage method is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security — we simply collect as little as possible and handle it carefully.

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we'll delete it.

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, or to delete it, at any time by emailing us. We'll respond and act on reasonable requests promptly, except where we're required to keep records (for example, for completed payments) for legitimate business or legal reasons.

We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The 'last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
